SHIPPING POLICY

At PINK SHOPEE, we aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and affordably.

UK Shipping (Royal Mail)

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail.

Options

  • Standard Shipping — £3.49 (typically 2–4 working days)
  • Tracked Shipping — £5.99 (typically 1–2 working days; tracking included)
  • Free Standard Shipping is applied automatically at checkout for orders over £25.00.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.
  • Orders placed after Saturday 12:00pm (noon) or on Sunday will be processed on Monday.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Wrong Address & Lost Shipments

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we cannot be held responsible for the parcel being lost or undeliverable.

Once your order has been handed to Royal Mail, delivery is outside our control. While we are happy to help investigate missing or delayed parcels, we are not liable for loss or delay caused by the carrier.

If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed:
  • Check the tracking information (if you selected Tracked Shipping).
  • Contact Royal Mail with the tracking number and your address details.
  • If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, please contact us at pinkshopeeuk@gmail.com we’ll assist where possible in tracking and resolving the issue.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only, but international shipping will be available soon. Stay tuned for updates.

Additional Information

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may vary during busy periods or due to postal delays.
  • Shipping charges shown at checkout are final; any customs, duties or local taxes for international orders (when enabled) will be the responsibility of the recipient.
  • If you need to change an address after placing an order, please email us immediately — we will try to update the order before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes once the parcel has left our facility.
