RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you love your purchase from PINK SHOPEE. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it easily through your account.

Returns

  • Returns can be initiated by logging into your account on our website and selecting the order you wish to return.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition (unused, unworn, and in original packaging).
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Earrings
  • Custom or personalised pieces
  • Sale/clearance items

This will always be stated on the product page before purchase.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of us receiving your return.
  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll arrange:
  • A replacement (subject to availability), or
  • A full refund

How to Return

  1. Log in to your account and find the order you want to return.
  2. Select the item(s) and choose a reason for return.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to generate a returns label or instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely and send it back to the address provided.
